About the Role

DigiPlus Agency is seeking a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Intern based in Tiruchirappalli. This role offers the opportunity to support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns and learn best practices in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels.
• Create and schedule social media content.
• Assist with online promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance.
• Prepare basic reports using web analytics tools.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Help maintain the agency’s online presence.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to ensure cohesive branding.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing.
• Interest in campaign planning and execution.
• Skills in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, posting, and audience engagement.
• Skills in Web Analytics, including a basic understanding of metrics, reporting, and performance tracking tools.
• Strong Communication skills (written and verbal).

Qualifications

• Attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Basic familiarity with design or content tools (e.g., Canva, blog editors) is beneficial.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
