About the Role

This is a full-time remote Volunteer role at Emprego Já - Vale do Paraíba. The volunteer will support the organization’s initiatives to connect job seekers with employment opportunities, providing online assistance, guidance, and information.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to inquiries via email or messaging platforms.
• Updating and organizing digital resources.
• Supporting virtual events or workshops.
• Collaborating with the team to improve outreach and communication.
• Gathering feedback from users.
• Maintaining accurate records.
• Contributing ideas to enhance services and community impact.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfort with using computers, internet tools, and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., email, video conferencing, shared documents).
• Reliable internet connection.
• Availability to commit to a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and respectfully.
• Organizational skills to manage tasks, follow processes, and maintain accurate records in a remote environment.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate with a diverse team in a fully remote setting.
• Interest in employment, community development, or social impact.
• Prior volunteer or customer support experience is a plus.
