About the Role

The Business Growth Intern will support strategic initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and partnerships for Innoknowvex. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with market research, competitor analysis, and identification of new business opportunities.
• Help prepare business plans, pitch decks, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of growth experiments.
• Interact with prospective learners or partners.
• Gather feedback.
• Support customer service efforts.
• Contribute to communication materials that articulate Innoknowvex’s value.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for market research, data interpretation, and performance tracking.
• Strong Business and Business Planning skills to support growth strategies, opportunity assessment, and execution roadmaps.
• Strong Communication skills to create clear presentations, engage stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Strong Customer Service skills to interact with learners and partners, respond to inquiries, and capture actionable feedback.
• Interest in education technology.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru.
• Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
• A learning mindset oriented toward experimentation and problem-solving.
