About the Role

incident.io is the AI software reliability platform trusted by engineering teams at Netflix, Etsy, and 2,000+ companies who can't afford downtime. We are looking for ridiculously smart, ambitious grads who want to break into the startup world. No experience is needed, just serious drive, great instincts, and an appetite to build something big.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across the entire business, closely with founders and leaders.
  • Gain a front-row seat to how a startup scales.
  • Help build one of the best teams in the world.
  • Hunt for exceptional people, build relationships, throw events, dream up campaigns, and find creative ways to get incident.io on the map.
  • Have loads of ownership from day one.
  • Learn from some of the smartest people around.
  • Get exposure to pretty much every part of building a company.

Qualifications

  • Ridiculously driven, with big ambitions and a willingness to work hard.
  • A builder who has started things, created things, and made things happen (e.g., a business, a side project, a university society).
  • Seriously smart, able to learn fast, ask great questions, and figure things out quickly.
  • Proactive and resourceful, able to make things happen without constant direction.
  • Great with people, confident, curious, and able to build relationships.
  • Possesses big ideas, is creative, thinks differently, and loves trying novel approaches.
  • Hungry, ambitious, and eager to throw yourself into the startup world.

No specific educational background or prior work experience in talent acquisition is required. We are looking for people with exceptional potential.

Supporting You

  • Market-leading private medical insurance.
  • Competitive PTO.
  • First Friday of every month off.
  • Enhanced 401k.
  • Meaningful equity.
  • Unlimited AI spend.
  • Generous parental leave.
  • $1000 to invest in your setup.
  • $500 a year to invest in yourself.
