About XClub
XClub is an invite-only community with global chapters for founders, product leaders, and AI practitioners. We bring people together in small gatherings across cities, by invitation.
What you will do
- Own planning and logistics for XClub Founder Mixers in San Francisco (venues, run-of-show, guest lists, day-of coordination)
- Support invitations, RSVPs, and follow-ups so gatherings stay small and personally vetted
- Keep checklists, vendor notes, and timelines tight for each mixer
- Help with light community ops between events (guest notes, photo/recap handoff, calendar hygiene)
- Grow into broader Bay Area chapter support as more gatherings come online

- Note: This is an unpaid internship.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Based in or able to work from the San Francisco Bay Area
- Organized, calm under day-of pressure, and strong written English
- Comfortable with founders and high-trust guest lists
- Entry level / early career
Qualifications
- Prior events, hospitality, campus clubs, or community ops is a plus
