Rakhewal Publications is expanding its digital presence and is looking for a creative, research-oriented Content Writer to join their team.

Job Description

We are looking for a Content Writer who can research, write, and edit clear, engaging, and accurate content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of language, an interest in current affairs, and the ability to turn complex information into reader-friendly stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Write news articles, reports, features, and digital content.
• Research current affairs, local developments, and trending topics.
• Verify facts and information using credible sources before publication.
• Write compelling headlines, introductions, and social media captions.
• Adapt content for websites, social media, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate with journalists, editors, and the video team to develop content.
• Proofread and edit articles for grammar, clarity, accuracy, and readability.
• Follow editorial guidelines and meet daily publishing deadlines.
• Apply basic SEO principles to improve online content visibility.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent writing, reading, and editing skills.
• Strong research and fact-checking abilities.
• Interest in news, current affairs, and digital media.
• Good command of Gujarati and/or Hindi; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to write engaging headlines and concise digital content.
• Familiarity with online publishing, SEO, and social media trends is preferred.
• Previous writing experience or a portfolio of published work is an advantage.
• Freshers with strong writing skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
