PAR Operations Analyst

About the Role

The Analyst position is within the Periodic Access Review (PAR) team under Governance Risk and Compliance. This role is the entry position into the team, offering a chance to learn control and governance processes, and the execution of the access review program from the ground up. Proper training and oversight will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn the process and procedures for owning and being responsible for a set of applications or systems.
• Execute access review control processes in accordance with documented procedures.
• Develop a risk mindset to understand and think through controls.
• Operate and think independently when necessary, applying proper decision-making for complete and accurate processing.
• Gain a full understanding of the PAR process for proper and complete execution.
• Grow in the role to assume more responsibility, such as for higher risk or higher priority items.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 0-2 years of experience in IT Compliance/Audit, Access Review processing, or Identity Access Management.
• 0-2 years of experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Must be willing to work in EST coast time zone.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience).
• Working knowledge of Identity Management concepts, including Role Based Access Controls.
• Conceptual knowledge of IT Audit or Information Security Risk Assessments (Educational experience is acceptable).
• CISA or CRISC certification (Preferred).
• Strong organization/time management skills to juggle multiple tasks and meet deliverables.

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40

Time Type: Full time

Typical Pay Range: $26.74 - $65.36 per hour

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program.
