Entry-Level TMF Operations Associate

About the Role

This is an entry-level position focused on managing the Trial Master File (TMF) within clinical research. The TMF is a collection of documents essential for conducting clinical trials and ensuring data integrity, playing a significant role in new drug or device FDA approval. You will work with an experienced team to grow your skillset. This position is fully office-based in Cincinnati, OH.

Key Responsibilities

• Support TMF oversight for trials by ensuring documents meet established quality standards.
• Manage electronic filing system for trial documentation.
• Track, maintain, and perform quality checks of electronic documents.
• Communicate with internal associates globally regarding errors in trial documents.
• Prepare documents for shipment.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Office knowledge.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, or equivalent.
• Some experience in document administration.
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
