About the Role
Academy of Vedic Vidya (powered by SkillEnable Edutech Pvt. Ltd.) is hiring an Admissions Counselor / Inside Sales Executive in Kolkata. This is a work-from-office, day shift role with a salary of up to ₹28,000/month plus incentives. Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Talk to prospective learners over calls.
- Understand their goals and recommend the right course for their spiritual journey.
- Explain course benefits and certifications with clarity and confidence.
- Handle objections and turn interest into enrolments.
- Follow up with warm leads to close conversions.
- Keep lead records and follow-ups up to date in the CRM.
- Hit sales and enrolment targets, and earn incentives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Admission Counselling, or EdTech Sales.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- A target-driven mindset with a hunger to convert.
- Confidence on calls and in handling objections.
- A relationship-builder who solves problems.
