About the Role
We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented college student to join our team for the summer of 2027. The Carrier internship experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience, and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate projects through the sales cycle
- Create estimates and proposals for projects
- Manage customer database in CRM
Basic Qualifications
- Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any engineering degree
- Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant coursework or previous internships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and proactive
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects
Pay Range: $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually.
This position may be entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
This position is not eligible for Carrier benefits.
