About the Role
Epsilon is seeking a Product Design Intern to join a team focused on creating useful, usable, and desirable digital experiences for industry-leading Marketing and Data solutions. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with users to understand their workflows, needs, and pain points, informing the implementation of sound information and interaction patterns.
- Translate complex business requirements into coherent and usable experiences through the creation of design documentation, including user flow diagrams, sitemaps, wireframes, visual design mockups, and/or prototypes.
- Work cross-functionally with UI Designers, UX Designers, and UX Researchers.
- Engage in individual, one-on-one, and team reviews of design work to identify and act upon opportunities for improvement and refinement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Outstanding portfolio to showcase previous projects.
- Passion for design with attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to be detail-oriented and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop), Zeplin, Abstract, and OmniGraffle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Media, or related field preferred.
- 0-1 years of professional work experience.
- Experience working with Sketch or Axure is a plus.
