Social Media Marketing Intern

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Presales Intern role based in the Pune Division. The intern will support the sales and consulting teams by understanding client requirements, preparing presentations and proposals, and assisting in solution mapping for digital marketing and Amazon-related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct basic market and client research.
• Organize product and service information.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather inputs.
• Participate in client calls or meetings as needed.
• Document client interactions.
• Maintain presales records.
• Provide timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Learn to identify client pain points and communicate how TechSurvi’s offerings can address those needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client needs, assess data, and support solution recommendations.
• Effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal collaboration.
• Foundational Consulting and Presales abilities to assist in crafting proposals, presentations, and solution overviews.
• Customer Service mindset to respond promptly to queries, maintain professionalism, and support a positive client experience.
• Interest in digital marketing, advertising, and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon.
• Ability to work on-site in the Pune Division and collaborate in a fast-paced team environment.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
