About the Role

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to learn new tools and technology platforms.
Qualifications
- Freshers (2025/2026 Graduates).
- Willingness to learn healthcare operations, documentation, data handling, and basic analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to follow structured workflows and compliance guidelines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and reporting to supervisors.
- Problem-solving mindset.
- Openness to feedback.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Any degree/diploma completed in 2025 or 2026.
- Healthcare, business, or IT background is an added advantage.
- Must be able to work on-site in Coimbatore.
- Must be available for the evening shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- Commitment required for a 1-year contract, followed by 2 years as a confirmed employee (minimum 3 years total).
