About the Role
This is a remote, contract role for a Website Designer at Shreedev Associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and implement visually appealing and user-friendly websites based on client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Create wireframes and mockups.
- Design page layouts and visual assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine design concepts.
- Translate designs into responsive front-end implementations.
- Optimize websites for usability and performance.
- Ensure compatibility across devices and browsers.
- Update or refine existing sites as needed.
- Work closely with project managers and other digital professionals to deliver projects on schedule and to specification.

Qualifications

- Experience with accessibility best practices is beneficial.
- Experience with SEO-friendly design is beneficial.
- Experience with cross-browser testing is beneficial.
- A portfolio demonstrating completed web design projects is preferred.
- Relevant professional or educational background in design, development, or related fields is preferred.
