About the Role

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented International Chat Support Associate to join our team. Should possess excellent written communication skills, and be comfortable handling customer queries through chat in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through live chat.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM with good accuracy.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Shift Requirements:
• Must be flexible to work night shifts and graveyard shifts.
• Willingness to work on weekends.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
• Transportation:
• Two-way cab facility will be provided for employees residing within the hiring radius.
• Transportation will be provided as per the company's transportation policy.

Qualifications

• Freshers are not Eligible.
• Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate, as per company eligibility criteria.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good time management skills.
• Quick learner.
• Ability to adapt to changing business requirements.
