About the Role

This role supports the planning, initiation, and execution of clinical trials. The Clinical Research Associate will work in alignment with approved protocols and regulatory requirements to improve patient recovery and help individuals heal faster and better.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinical sites.
• Monitor trial progress.
• Ensure accurate data collection.
• Maintain documentation for clinical operations and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with investigators, site staff, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Maintain study timelines and uphold quality standards.
• Assist in protocol training.
• Assist in compliance checks.
• Assist in periodic reporting of study metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols and ability to ensure protocol adherence across study sites.
• Experience as a Clinical Research Associate with practical exposure to Clinical Trials and site monitoring activities.
• Skills in research methodology and data review.
• Familiarity in Clinical Operations processes.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), ethical guidelines, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple sites or studies simultaneously.
