About the Role
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic SMO Intern to support our social media team in managing and growing brand presence across various social media platforms. This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in digital marketing and want to gain hands-on experience in social media management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and scheduling social media posts.
- Support the creation of engaging content, including captions, images, short videos, and reels.
- Help manage social media pages across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement under supervision.
- Research trending topics, relevant hashtags, and competitor activities.
- Assist in executing social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track basic performance metrics such as likes, reach, and engagement.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to prepare creatives and posts.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting according to the schedule.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic understanding of social media platforms.
- Creative thinking and a willingness to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, and branding.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of social media management will be an added advantage.
