Creative Director

About the Role

This is an on-site internship role for a Creative Director based in Gurugram. The Creative Director intern will support the development of creative concepts and campaigns across digital and traditional channels, working closely with design, content, and strategy teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to brand storytelling.
• Assist with art direction for visual assets.
• Review and refine graphic layouts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Participate in client briefings.
• Help translate business objectives into creative strategies.
• Prepare presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in Creative Direction and Art Direction, with a strong sense of visual storytelling and concept development.
• Skills in Creative Strategy and Branding, including understanding of brand positioning, tone of voice, and user journey-based communication.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and/or print mediums.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive and apply feedback constructively.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Design, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
