Business Analyst

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Gather and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications for technology and product teams.
• Analyze business processes.
• Identify gaps and opportunities.
• Recommend data-driven improvements aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Support the design of dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet functional and performance expectations.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate insights and recommendations.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical Skills: Interpret complex data, identify trends, and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Business Analysis and Business Requirements Skills: Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
• Business Process Skills: Map current workflows, assess efficiency, and propose improvements or automation opportunities.
• Communication Skills: Collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate discussions, and present findings clearly in written and verbal formats.
• Familiarity with data visualization, reporting tools, or BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology teams in product development or analytics environments is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field is desirable.
