About the Role
This role involves hands-on maintenance for heavy-duty CNC machines and related equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Breakdown and preventive maintenance for heavy-duty CNC machines:
- Juaristi (HBM)
- HNK (VTL & VTC)
- Goratu TMC & HTL
- Radial drill
- VMC
- Universal drill machines
- Maintenance of material handling equipment:
- EOT & Wall travelling cranes
- Transfer trolley
- Forklift
- Stackers
- Genie and Snorkel make man lifter & scissor lifters
- Maintenance of utilities equipment:
- Compressor
- Pneumatic and electrical grinders
- Welding machines
- Performing maintenance in shift duty and working at height for the maintenance of EOT and Wall travelling cranes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Hands-on experience in maintenance of heavy-duty CNC machines.
- SAP / ERP knowledge for material requisition and purchase indent.
- Good working knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, EMS, and best industry practices like Kaizen, TPM, 5S.
- Knowledge of electrical equipment such as multimeter, clamp meter, earth tester, magger.
- Basic AC and SC drive knowledge.
