About the Role

A full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, responsible for daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily warehouse operations.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and products.
• Pack and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Ensure accurate documentation.
• Maintain proper inventory control and storage practices.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks.
• Support stock counts.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, orderly, and compliant warehouse.
• Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient movement of goods.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Demonstrated skills in Shipping & Receiving for managing inbound and outbound materials.
• Proficiency in Packing and Unloading to prepare and handle goods safely and efficiently.
• Experience with Inventory Control to track, record, and reconcile stock levels accurately.
• Ability to operate a Pallet Jack and other basic warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Good physical stamina to lift, move, and stack materials as required, following safety guidelines.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent beneficial.
