About the Role
The Claims Specialist Program is a development program designed to equip individuals with investigative techniques and the skills to manage an inventory of claims. As a member of the claims team, you will help customers by restoring their lives after catastrophe.
Key Responsibilities

- Independently manage an inventory of claims.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional experience.
- A strong academic record with a cumulative 3.0 GPA preferred.
- Aptitude for providing information in a clear, concise manner with an appropriate level of detail, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
