About the Role
The Originals Media Productions is seeking a full-time, on-site Video Editor based in Ghitorni Village. This role involves working closely with directors, producers, and creative teams to transform raw footage into polished, cinematic content for brand campaigns, social media, music videos, podcasts, and vertical series.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and trim clips.
- Add transitions and effects.
- Synchronize audio.
- Ensure smooth narrative flow aligned with project briefs.
- Perform color grading for visual consistency.
- Integrate motion graphics and graphic elements.
- Optimize content for various digital platforms and formats.
- Manage project files.
- Collaborate during pre- and post-production.
- Contribute creative ideas to support original storytelling.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Video Production skills.
- Video Editing skills for short-form and long-form digital content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing and post-production tools:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- or similar software
Qualifications
- Ability to interpret creative briefs.
- Ability to maintain storytelling continuity.
- Ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic sound design understanding.
- Ability to work on-site.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred.
- A strong portfolio or showreel is essential.
