About the Role
Green Oaks Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist for their White Rock Lake location. You will provide individualized, evidence-based care for patients with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure if relocating).
- Experience with orthopedic and sports medicine conditions.
- Familiarity with evidence-based clinical practice.

- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Eligibility for Texas Physical Therapist licensure.
Compensation & Bonuses
- Base salary: $78,000-$95,000, based on experience.
- Monthly productivity bonus with earning potential of up to $15,600 annually.
- Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
