Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Provide support for data collection to enable account recovery for end-users.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Exhibit capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience: 0-3 years (previous experience in a voice role)
- Graduation: Any graduate (except law/diploma)
- Passouts eligible: 2022-2026
