About the Role
Maine Course Hospitality Group (MCHG) is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to maintain cleanliness and comfort in hotel guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas. This role is crucial for delivering an outstanding guest experience and upholding high cleanliness standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock supplies.
- Follow all safety and cleaning procedures.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Keep housekeeping carts and work areas organized.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Work independently and with the housekeeping team.
Qualifications
- Hotel housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred, but no experience is required.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Must be available for weekends, nights, and holidays.
