About the Role

Vailes Professional Services is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing efforts of our growing HVAC and home services company. This position will focus primarily on social media, digital content, marketing campaign coordination, and SEO. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep social channels active.
• Coordinate planned campaigns and promotions.

• Ensure marketing initiatives stay organized and on schedule.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Familiarity with Canva or similar creative tools.
• Comfortable learning new marketing platforms and technology.
• Creative, dependable, and detail-oriented.

Qualifications

• Marketing, communications, digital media, business, or related education or experience.
• Current students pursuing a related degree are welcome to apply.
• Relevant coursework, internships, freelance projects, or experience managing social media is helpful.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour based on experience, education, and qualifications.
