About the Role

This is a hands-on, customer-facing job where you’ll greet people, understand their needs, and help them find products they are happy with.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and start real conversations, not scripted pitches
• Learn our products well enough to recommend the right fit
• Close sales and handle transactions accurately
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized
• Follow up with customers and build repeat business
• Pass along customer feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements & Tech Stack

• 18 years or older
• Ability to pass a background check
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable being on your feet
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Coachable and eager to improve selling skills

Qualifications

• No retail experience needed.
• Retail, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
• You like talking to people and are not shy about asking for the sale.
