Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support through various channels such as email, chat, and phone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work on international processes including US process, blended process, and domestic BPO projects.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Participate in cold calling campaigns to generate leads for sales teams.
Qualifications
- 0-4 years of experience in CSE (Customer Support Executives) role or related fields like back office, banking process, BPO industry.
- Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Ability to work on multiple processes simultaneously including voice processing, non-voice processing (email/chat), outbound calling (cold calling).
- Basic computer knowledge with familiarity with backend systems.
