About the Role
Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a motivated engineering graduate to join an innovative rotational program within our Solutions Delivery group. This program offers a well-rounded and inclusive experience across various engineering teams, providing solutions to customers and an understanding of a fast-growing industry. The program is designed to customize the experience to the individual based on their strengths and interests, allowing you to build your own career path.
Program Overview
- The program consists of 3 or 4 rotations on different Solution Delivery Teams.
- Each rotation will last approximately 6 months.
- Candidates will work with the leadership team to plan rotations that provide the best overall experience, based on degree and interests.
- Upon completion, candidates will join the Solution Delivery team that best aligns with their preference.

- Solutions Consulting and Sales
- Project Management & Operations
- Systems Engineering
- Software
- Controls
- Engineering Support & Training
- Integration Engineering
Travel Requirements
- This program requires extensive overnight travel, upwards of 80% at times.
- Travel is nationwide and for extended periods.
- Travel expenses are paid by Toyota Automated Logistics.
Qualifications
- Must be in pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
- Seeking 2027 Graduates.
- Must have applicable internship or co-op experience.
- Minimum 3.3 GPA.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Experience with AutoCAD, AutoMod, or similar software.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% during and after the program.
- Willingness to live in or relocate to Indianapolis, IN or Louisville, KY.
- Must be eligible to work in the US long-term without sponsorship.
