SPOC – TPA

Work Mode: Hybrid

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, and internal teams.
• Manage case allocations, follow-ups, and status updates.
• Ensure timely case processing and adherence to TAT.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational data.
• Resolve operational queries and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Monitor pending cases and ensure timely closure.

Qualifications

• Freshly qualified BHMS, BAMS, or BDS doctors.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn TPA and insurance operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Details

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Weekly Off: Sunday
• Paid Leave: 1.5 days per month
• Training Period: 7 Days (Unpaid)
