About the Role

S.H.O.W. ATL is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and community-driven individuals to join our growing team as Nonprofit Event Associates in Atlanta, GA. This is an entry-level, full-time, in-person role focused on increasing awareness, strengthening public engagement, and supporting meaningful causes through face-to-face outreach and promotional events. It's an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in event marketing, nonprofit outreach, public relations, communications, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit organizations and their missions at community events, retail locations, and promotional campaigns.
• Engage with the public to educate individuals about nonprofit initiatives and community programs.
• Assist with the planning, setup, coordination, and execution of outreach events.
• Build meaningful connections with community members and potential supporters.
• Support fundraising awareness and donor engagement initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve campaign goals.
• Track event engagement, campaign results, and outreach performance.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership, and professional development.
