About The Role

This role is at the forefront of the revenue engine, focused on identifying, researching, and engaging IT and operations decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise companies to build pipeline for the cloud infrastructure and SaaS sales. The team utilizes a metrics-driven outbound model where each conversation contributes directly to forecast and ARR growth, with top performers having opportunities for rapid advancement into account executive roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn, video) targeting a defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) within cloud, security, and IT operations personas.
  • Qualify inbound demo requests and event leads using MEDDICC-style criteria before routing to account executives.
  • Research target accounts using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and product-intent data to personalize multithreaded sequences.
  • Build and deliver 40+ qualified meetings per month, maintaining a 3x+ pipeline-to-quota ratio for the Account Executive team.
  • Conduct territory planning, including building account lists, segmenting by firmographics, and prioritizing based on engagement signals.
  • Accurately log all activity, notes, and next steps in Salesforce and ensure clean handoffs into the AE-led sales process.
  • Partner with marketing to test messaging, provide field feedback, and iterate on sequence plays and talk tracks.

Qualifications

  • 0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, customer-facing, or high-volume outreach roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with comfort in cold-calling and conducting discovery-style conversations.
  • Coachable and resilient, with a proactive approach to seeking feedback and iterating on outbound messaging.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong CRM hygiene in Salesforce, HubSpot, or a similar platform.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving measurable goals in academics, athletics, work, or prior roles.
