About the Role
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst to join our Project Services Multi-Market Service Team. This is an entry-level position.
Key Responsibilities
- Supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics.
- Performs estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.
- Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
- Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.
- Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with electronic takeoff software (preferred)
- Understanding of basic construction concepts and terminology (preferred)
Qualifications
- Prior internship experience in construction (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field from an accredited college/university.
Additional Information
- Expected compensation range: $70,000 - $75,000 annually.
- Location: Philadelphia, PA.
