About the Role
A Security Officer I is an entry-level position for the Baptist Health Security Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs basic security duties in an in-house capacity.
- Protection of guests, patients, and staff.
- Protection of their property and company assets.
- Job shadowing.
- Performance of basic unlocks.
- Metal detection.
- Visitor management.
- Other functions that do not require an Arkansas security credential as identified by Arkansas Act 393.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Valid Arkansas Driver's License
- Must be able to pass a MVR check
- Able to meet the state qualifications to obtain and maintain a security credential
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Must not use any nicotine or tobacco products in any form
- High school graduate or GED preferred
Shift: Night
Working Hours: 1800-0600
