Job Title: Floor Display Specialist

Pay Range: $18.58 - $23.13 hourly
About the Role
Join our Display Team and inspire others by assembling, inspecting, stocking, and building product displays to capture customer attention. Work in a fast-paced, team environment focused on logistics and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Safety First: Handle products safely and prevent damage.
- Work Smarter, Not Harder: Safely use mechanical aids such as flats, dollys, box cutters, and power tools.
- Set the Stage: Assemble, inspect, and display product on the sales floor.
- Play Your Part: Remove sold product from the sales floor and wrap purchases for customer pick-ups.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Positive, upbeat attitude.
- 6 months’ labor or warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to use basic hand tools preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, pull required weights per established department requirements.
- Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs.
- Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, a criminal background check.
