Outreach Executive I

About the Role

The Outreach Executive (OE) is responsible for developing relationships with members of the community to engage Medicare seniors with Oak Street Health, with the goal of having those individuals become patients. OEs work closely with Outreach Managers, Outreach Directors, and Community Relationship Managers to drive new patient growth locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales
• Generating leads by engaging Medicare senior community through event execution and local community outreach.
• Maintaining internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending meetings on new updates.
• Prospecting and cold calling to assigned prospects & new leads.
• Nurturing prospective patients and prospecting for new patients via email, phone, and networking.
• Collaborating with Community Relationship Managers (CRM), other OEs, and Outreach Manager/Director to drive lead generation with local community members or Insurance Agents (IAs).
• Relationship Management
• Maintaining consistent touchpoints with prospects to drive new patient growth in assigned territory.
• Capturing and recording customer information and sales activity into customer relationship management (CRM) system and other business systems.
• Acting as a point of contact for the clinical team/center team for patient-related questions.
• Resolving concerns & complaints from new prospects & patients by understanding the issue or directing them to another Oak Street employee.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Sales and/or healthcare experience (a plus).
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by communities served (where necessary).
• US work authorization.
• Ability to quickly connect and influence people.
• Comfort with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience.
• Ability to manage priorities simultaneously.
• Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range: $18.50 - $35.29 per hour.
