Engineering Development Program

About the Role

• Participate in a rotational program to utilize problem solving and quantitative methods to provide engineering solutions in various areas of the organization through well-defined projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire understanding of the organization's processes and systems to improve efficiency.
• Gain awareness and knowledge of quantitative methods, computer programming, optimization, and/or solution design to support data analysis.
• Solve problems related to process improvement by analyzing internal and external data, including operations, pricing, financial, and customer information.
• Present findings and solutions to business partners and/or customers with guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or related field, or suitable combination of education, experience, and training.
• This position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship.
• Compensation may be affected by skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications.
• This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes.
