Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role

TestZen Labs is seeking a full-time, on-site Quality Assurance Engineer in Noida. This role focuses on delivering high-performing, reliable software by specializing in end-to-end quality assurance, including manual and automation testing, mobile, API, performance, database, and Salesforce QA. The position involves treating testing as a strategic foundation for scalable, user-friendly software.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, document, and execute test cases for web, mobile, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure applications meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Perform manual testing and validate fixes.
• Log and track defects.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and improve product quality.
• Participate in test planning and review specifications.
• Create test data.
• Report test results.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and standards.
• Maintain clear documentation of testing activities.
• Support release readiness through thorough regression and sanity testing.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, with a solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Test Execution across different platforms and environments.
• Ability to design, document, and maintain detailed Test Cases aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Relevant experience in defect reporting, test documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Working knowledge of test management tools and bug-tracking systems (e.g., Jira, TestRail, or similar) is beneficial.
• Understanding of automation concepts and familiarity with at least one test automation framework or tool is an advantage.
