- Identify relevant decision-makers (founders, CEOs, CHROs, HR heads, L&D leaders).
- Initiate conversations via calls, emails, LinkedIn, referrals, and in-person meetings.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective enterprise members.
- Meetings & Presentations
- Secure introductory meetings with prospective enterprises.
- Confidently introduce Privé, explain its learning ecosystem, and communicate its value.
- Understand enterprise learning priorities and identify how Privé's Practices can support leadership and teams.
- Conduct presentations and follow-up conversations.
- Enterprise Membership Development
- Follow up with interested enterprises and support conversion into Privé members.
- Build relationships with HR and L&D teams to encourage participation.
- Coordinate with the internal team for a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, meetings, opportunities, and follow-ups.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–3 years of experience in business development, corporate sales, or client relationships is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident, articulate, and comfortable approaching senior business professionals.
- Curious about businesses, industries, leadership, and professional development.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Proactive, organised, and persistent in following up on opportunities.
- Comfortable making calls, securing appointments, and attending client meetings.
- Self-motivated, with the ambition to meet and exceed business development targets.
