Video Editor & Motion Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Specialist who bridges traditional post-production craft with cutting-edge generative workflows. You will turn raw scripts and concept briefs into polished, high-performing video assets. Working in a high-speed production environment, you will own the entire post-production chain, from storyboarding and asset generation to motion graphics, color grading, and advanced sound design.

Key Responsibilities

• Generative AI Asset Creation & Storyboarding
• Use AI generation tools (like Magnific, Midjourney, or DALL-E) for concepting and pre-visualization to rapidly generate custom visuals, storyboards, and style frames.
• Leverage AI video platforms (Higgsfield AI, Runway, Kling, or Luma) to synthesize high-fidelity b-roll, motion loops, and visual effects.
• Deploy AI audio suites (like ElevenLabs) to generate, clean, and optimize voiceovers.
• Design and modify static graphics, vector icons, and layout overlays in Photoshop and Illustrator independently.
• Narrative Timeline Editing & Motion Design
• Assemble high-velocity video projects in Adobe Premiere Pro, focusing on hook structures, visual rhythm, and audience retention dynamics.
• Build dynamic visual overlays, kinetic typography, animated lower thirds, and UI mockups in Adobe After Effects.
• Perform color correction and grading to ensure visual consistency and a premium aesthetic.
• Cinematic Sound Design & Quality Control
• Source, layer, and mix high-impact background music (BGM) and contextual sound effects (SFX).
• Clean, EQ, and master multitrack audio to maintain broadcast-quality audio levels.
• Perform final quality assurance, ensuring seamless exports, correct aspect ratios, and zero technical glitches before publishing.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Post-Production Mastery: Deep hands-on experience in video editing, motion graphics, color grading, and sound mixing using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• AI Tooling Fluency: Proven experience integrating generative AI tools (Higgsfield AI, Magnific, ElevenLabs, Midjourney) directly into commercial editing workflows.
• Visual Storytelling & Pacing: Strong sense of visual composition, frame timing, typography, and narrative structure built specifically for digital-first audiences.
