Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loan / LAP products.
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to drive performance.
- Generate business through DSAs, connectors, and open market channels.
- Conduct field work including market visits, builder meets, and connector visits for lead generation.
- Handle end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursement.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business.
- Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
