Earth En Quest Advisory is an emerging environmental consultancy based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, providing environmental compliance, regulatory advisory, environmental monitoring, water and wastewater management, and sustainability solutions. They are looking for a motivated and technically competent Junior Environmental Engineer to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Environmental Compliance & Documentation
• Assist in preparing documentation and applications for Consent to Establish (CTE), Consent to Operate (CTO), and Environmental Clearance (EC).
• Support the preparation of environmental monitoring reports, compliance reports, environmental management documents, and other statutory submissions.
• Assist clients in understanding documentation requirements and maintaining environmental compliance records.
• Support the preparation of technical proposals, quotations, and project-related documents.
• Environmental Monitoring & Technical Support
• Coordinate environmental monitoring activities, including water and wastewater quality, ambient air quality, stack emissions, and noise monitoring.
• Assist in interpreting environmental monitoring data and preparing technical reports.
• Support water and wastewater quality analysis in the laboratory.
• Provide technical assistance for ETP/STP operation, wastewater treatment design, pollution control, and environmental management assignments.
• Client Coordination & Project Management
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, collect necessary information, and coordinate project deliverables.
• Coordinate with laboratories, field teams, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, documentation status, and submission deadlines.
• Assist in identifying applicable environmental regulations and regulatory requirements for client projects.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• B.Tech/B.E. in Environmental Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline, or M.Sc. in Environmental Science/Environmental Management.
• Freshers with relevant internships or practical exposure may apply; candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
• Basic understanding of environmental legislation and regulatory requirements, particularly CTE, CTO, and EC.
• Good technical writing, documentation, and report preparation skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and professional email communication.
• Good communication and client coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work on multiple environmental consultancy assignments.

Added Advantages

• Experience with Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board (CECB) requirements or environmental regulatory portals.
• Exposure to environmental monitoring, sampling procedures, water/wastewater testing, ETP/STP systems, or pollution-control technologies.
• Knowledge of environmental audits, ISO 14001, EIA/EMP documentation, waste management, or environmental compliance reporting.
• Ability to interpret technical data and prepare clear, accurate reports.

Employment Details

• Work location: EEQA office, Raipur, Chhattisgarh
• Working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
• Working days: Monday to Saturday

Selection Process

• Round 1: Online interview (likely through Google Meet).
• Round 2: Online or offline interview, at the discretion of Earth En Quest Advisory. Offline interviews require candidates to attend at their own expense; no travel allowance will be provided.
