- Prepare tender documents manually and then using the in-house AI system, Claude Brain, checking every line at least twice.
- Upload and update products, categories, and rates on the GeM portal.
- Source products not manufactured in-house by identifying suppliers, comparing quotations, following up on samples, purchase orders, and deliveries.
- Build simple internal tools such as purchase approvals, quote trackers, and tender checklists, and automate repetitive work with AI and no-code platforms.
Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates, final-year students, and undergraduates from any academic background, including BBA, B.Com, BMS, MBA, technology, engineering, and other disciplines.
- No prior tender experience is required; full training will be provided.

- Own laptop and commitment to complete the full six-month internship, working Monday to Friday for at least five to six hours daily.
- Experience with AI automation tools such as GPTs, Zapier, Make, or n8n, AI/no-code product building, digital marketing, content creation, GeM, tendering, or purchasing is an added advantage.
