About the Role
This is a remote traineeship as a Data Analyst Trainee supporting the collection, cleaning, and organization of healthcare-related data from various sources. The trainee will assist in basic data analysis, preparation of reports, and visual summaries to help internal teams and partners understand key trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the collection, cleaning, and organization of healthcare-related data.
- Assisting in basic data analysis.
- Preparing reports and visual summaries.
- Documenting methodologies.
- Collaborating with senior analysts to validate findings.

Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or introductory data analysis software (e.g., SQL, Python, or R is a plus).
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities.
- Basic understanding of Statistics.
- Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.
- Clear Communication skills.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Public Health, or a related field.
- Attention to detail.
- Curiosity about healthcare and global markets.
- Ability to learn quickly in a remote environment.
