About the Role
As a Data Analyst Intern at FitRezume, you will support the team by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing user and product data to generate actionable insights. You will work with dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics, identify trends in user behavior, and help optimize features such as resume recommendations, AI feedback, and job-matching tools. This is a remote internship role.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics.
- Knowledge of statistics and data modeling.
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or basic Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with distributed teams.
- Interest in HRTech, career platforms, or AI-driven products and a willingness to learn quickly.
Familiarity with data visualization concepts and experience with dashboards or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
