Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and organised Human Resource Analyst Intern to work directly with our founder and manage day-to-day HR operations. This is a 6-month internship for freshers, with an opportunity for a full-time role based on performance.

We need someone to look after the people side of the company, from the day someone joins to the day they leave. You will work directly with our founder. This is a 6-month internship for freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities, including CV screening, candidate shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit processes.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and salary-related inputs.
- Prepare offer letters and maintain HR documentation and employee records.
- Support employee engagement and internal communication.
- Assist with daily HR operations and team coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline. Candidates pursuing or holding qualifications such as MBA, BBA, or PGDM in HR will have an added advantage.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
- Must be available to work full-time and should not have regular college classes during working hours.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Chat GPT and other AI tools.
- Knowledge of Bengali will be an added advantage.

Stipend: ₹10,000 - ₹14,000 per month
