About the Role
Epsilon is seeking a Product Design Intern to join a team focused on creating useful, usable, and desirable digital experiences for industry-leading Marketing and Data solutions. This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of 2 days/week in office.
What You’ll Achieve
- Impact: Engage with users to understand their workflows, needs, and pain points, informing the implementation of sound information and interaction patterns to help users manage and complete tasks with simplicity, efficiency, and delight.
- Career Growth: Learn to translate complex business requirements into coherent and usable experiences through the creation of design documentation, including user flow diagrams, sitemaps, wireframes, visual design mockups, and/or prototypes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally amongst UI Designers, UX Designers, and UX Researchers.
- Engage in individual, one-on-one, and team reviews of design work to identify and act upon opportunities for improvement and refinement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must have an outstanding portfolio to showcase previous projects.
- Passion for design with attention to detail.
- Skill to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to be detail-oriented and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with design software such as Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop), Zeplin, Abstract, and OmniGraffle.
Qualifications
- 0-1 years of professional work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interactive Media or related field preferred.
- Experience working with Sketch or Axure is a plus.
