Interior Site Supervisor

About the Role

The Interior Site Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing day-to-day execution of interior works at project locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and monitoring activities such as carpentry, gypsum work, partitions, electrical, plumbing, painting, polishing, and related civil works to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety norms.
• Managing site teams and contractors.
• Supervising material usage and inventory.
• Tracking project progress against schedules and budgets.
• Regular reporting to project managers and designers.
• Resolving on-site issues.
• Ensuring timely completion of milestones while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Ability to supervise interior site activities including carpentry, gypsum work, partitions, painting, polishing, and basic civil works.
• Knowledge of building services such as electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and related safety and compliance standards.
• Competence in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, interior layouts, and technical specifications.
• Experience in coordinating with contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary site teams to meet project timelines.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills for handling multiple tasks on active sites.
• Effective communication skills for clear reporting, documentation, and professional interaction with clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in interior contracting, fit-out projects, or construction site supervision, preferably in commercial or corporate environments.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in site management or safety are an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and visit multiple project locations as required.
