About the Role

Elevation Global is expanding in Arizona and seeking motivated, people-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Junior Marketing Associates. This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build real-world experience in marketing, customer engagement, brand representation, and campaign development while receiving hands-on training and ongoing mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through in-person marketing campaigns and events
• Engage directly with customers and create positive brand experiences
• Communicate products, services, promotions, and campaign messaging
• Assist with customer acquisition and brand awareness initiatives
• Support the execution of events and promotional campaigns
• Learn customer engagement and marketing strategies
• Work alongside team members to achieve campaign objectives
• Track campaign activity and contribute to performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
• Develop skills in marketing, communications, campaign management, and leadership
